A few useful answers.
Understand how product enquiries and quotation requests work.
Who is the website intended for?
The website is intended for business buyers making wholesale, food trading, general trading, and import/export enquiries.
How do I request a quotation?
Select products or describe your requirements, then submit the quotation form with your business details, quantities and destination. You do not need to create an account.
Are all the catalogue products confirmed?
No. Entries marked “Example category” are illustrative enquiry categories. Specific product scope and the ability to quote require company confirmation. The illustrations do not show actual stock or branded products.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are confirmed for each product and proposed transaction. Include your required quantity, or indicate that it is to be confirmed.
Can I request products that are not listed?
Yes. Add a custom product to your quote list, or describe the requirement in the form. The ability to provide a quotation will be confirmed after review.
Are prices and delivery times confirmed online?
No. Prices, availability, payment terms, documentation responsibilities and delivery arrangements are confirmed through the commercial quotation process.
Does submitting a request place an order?
No. A quotation request is an enquiry. It does not place an order, reserve stock or confirm a price. Any purchase requires a separate commercial agreement.
Can I attach a specification file?
File uploads are not enabled on this website. Describe the requirements in the form. Any document exchange should be arranged separately with an authorised company contact.
